Lakeview Elementary School’s first graders recently celebrated all things apples during a special Apple Day filled with hands-on activities, parent volunteers and plenty of school spirit. Students rotated through apple-themed centers, where they explored activities connected to math, science, reading, arts and crafts and, of course, enjoyed a few apple-inspired snacks along the way.
With parent volunteers helping lead the different activities, each center offered something new for students to discover. The day brought plenty of smiles from everyone involved!
