The Mahopac Central School District will make reasonable meal accommodations when the request is due to a disability or impairment.  If your child requires a meal accommodation for a food allergy, diet restriction or substitution, please complete the Request for Meal Modification and return it to the Student Support Services Office, Mahopac CSD, 100 Myrtle Avenue, Mahopac, NY 10541.   The Student Support Services Office will review the request and if approved will inform the school nurse, cafeteria staff, and a note will be placed on your student's cafeteria account.
